Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and l89app ("l89app", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the l89app website located at l89app.bio and all associated gaming, betting, and financial services provided therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, participating in a live casino game, or otherwise using the l89app platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the l89app platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

2. You are registering a single account in your own legal name. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
4. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by l89app for breach of these Terms or any other reason.
5. All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You undertake to notify l89app promptly of any changes to your registered details.
6. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of l89app, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

2. Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l89app username and password. l89app will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a security breach to l89app support.

You agree to notify l89app immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. l89app will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the l89app platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l89app supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. l89app does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which l89app accepts no responsibility.

1. Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay of up to 3 business days for refund.
2. Withdrawal Processing: Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when KYC verification is pending.
3. Withdrawal Restrictions: Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for the most recent deposit may require additional verification.
4. Deposit Source: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your l89app account originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. l89app reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.
5. Currency: l89app operates exclusively in BDT. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating payment method, minus any applicable conversion or processing fees charged by the payment provider.
6. Failed Transactions: l89app is not responsible for failed deposits caused by issues with your payment provider, insufficient balance in your mobile wallet, or errors in the payment details you have submitted. Contact your payment provider in the first instance for failed transaction queries.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

l89app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and to these general bonus terms, which apply universally across the l89app platform.

1. Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, and IP address.
2. Bonus Abuse: l89app employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk, matched betting across multiple accounts, and arbitrage betting. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account suspended.
3. Promotional Offers: Seasonal and event-based promotions (such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh offers) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the l89app platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The outcome of each game round is independent of all preceding and subsequent rounds.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the result recorded on l89app's server logs will be considered definitive. In the event of a technical failure mid-round — whether caused by a server error, network interruption, or device malfunction — l89app's standard policy is to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's real-money balance. This policy does not apply where the technical failure has not prevented the game from completing a valid round.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the l89app platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of l89app or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the l89app platform without the express prior written consent of l89app.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l89app platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence terminates automatically upon the closure or suspension of your account for any reason.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

l89app collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
